• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents in a timely manner.
• If the account has had no activity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• If you voluntarily submit a request to close your account.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon closure.
